Trace Engineering's new utility intertie ST-series inverters deliver PV power directly to your home or business AC electric system without the use of batteries. Any available PV energy is instantly and efficiently converted to 240VAC, offsetting utility power use. The all-in-one ST inverter design includes NEC-required disconnects, DC & AC circuit breakers, lightning arrestor, and a built-in LCD display that shows system status, current performance, and daily cumulative power production. Maximum power point tracking technology is used to gain the best output from your PV array under any conditions. The solid-state inverter delivers 90% to 94% efficiency. The protective rain shield, as pictured, is an option for all models, and is a requirement for outdoor installations. Multiple inverters, of different capacities, can be wired in parallel. Each operates independently.
