The Sun-Mar Centrex 3000 is designed for heavy, continuous use in virtually any setting. The composting drum in the 3000 is double the length of other Sun-Mar units. The evaporating chamber for excess liquids now has two cascading trays above the composter bottom, greatly increasing available evaporation area. Electric models have a pair of 250-watt thermostatically-controlled heaters in the bottom to boost evaporation rates. The Centrex 3000 is available in standard, non-electric, or AC/DC versions, with either one-pint, ultra-low flush, or air-flush (dry) toilets. Toilets are purchased separately. Use a standard version if you have utility power; the AC/DC version is for use with intermittent generators and has a second 4' vent with DC fan. All versions are 31.5'H x 69.5'W x 26.5'D.
