Sometimes your water isnĘt dirty enough to mess with fancy and expensive filtration systems and all you need is a simple filter. Our inline sediment filters accept standard 10-inch filters with 1-inch center holes. They are designed for cold-water lines only and meet National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards. Easily installed on any new or existing cold-water line (donĘt forget the shutoff valve), they feature a sump head of fatigue-resistant Celcon plastic. This head is equipped with a manually-operated pressure release button to relieve internal pressure and simplify cartridge replacement. The housing is rated for 125 psi maximum and 100¦F. It comes with a 3/4-inch FIPT inlet and outlet and measures 14 inches high by 49/16 inches in diameter. It accepts a 10-inch cartridge and comes with a 5-micron high-density fiber cartridge.
