Batteries are a significant and expensive part of any independent energy systems. They are also the part of your system that is most vulnerable to mistreatment. The Trace TM500 meter keeps track of the energy your system has available, as well as energy consumed, ensuring adequate reserve power and proper treatment of your batteries. Measures DC system voltage (needs the TM48 adapter for 48-volt systems), net amperage, cumulative amp-hours, days since full, peak voltage, minimum voltage and more! Measuring 4.55 inches square by 1.725 inches deep, it may be surface or flush mounted. A 500-amp shunt is required (Trace Power Centers, Modules and Panels already have a shunt wired in). We strongly recommend purchasing the version with the shunt included. Their shunt is prewired for simply plugging in. Otherwise some tedious wiring is required. USA.
