Our solar-powered sign lighting kits share a core group of proven off-the-shelf components that are combined to deliver the run time you need. These are maintenance-free systems, set them up, turn them on and they'll take care of themselves. We provide: outdoor floodlight, solar module, pole top mount, charge/light controller, sealed battery and safety fuse. You provide: Mounting for floodlight, box or shelter for the battery & control, 2' steel pipe for the PV module mount and wiring/small parts as needed for your particular installation. Kits state run time for a single 13-watt floodlight based on 3.5 hours sunlight, about the national wintertime average. Adding a second floodlight will halve your run time. The Morningstar Sunlight 10 controller provides daytime charge control, turns on the light at dusk for a selected time period and shuts it off if the battery gets too low. The sealed, maintenance-free battery provides four to five days of backup power with no sun, and will last five to ten years. The solar module and pole top mount provide sufficient power to run the specified number of hours. All components USA. Our basic all-nighter lighting kit.
